The award was handed over by Union Minister of State for Communications & IT, India , Mr. Sachin Pilot..     National Award for e-Governance The Government of India presented the National Award for e-Governance to Orissa Primary Education Program Authority (OPEPA) for the Best Government website.This conference was held in Bhopal on February 2007.     TELECOMM India 2006 Excellence Orissa is the 3rd Prize winner for use of IT in e-Governance among states in India in the awards instituted by the India-Telecom Foundation, Mumbai.
