CSM’s constant lookout in the field of technical edgeways is to provide constant synergy between the latest trends of the market vis-à-vis an equipped man force. This undulating task of keeping abreast with technology has been possible through an innovative program came to be known as the Education & Research Training (ETR) program.

This program operates in three facets. One looks into imparting education only on those technologies which the market prefers, so that the talent pool coming out is well received within and outside the organization. The second facet looks into embracing new technologies and enriching the source of knowledge of the people of CSM, thus treating every project as a challenge without actually challenging the client. The third facet looks into development of soft-skills emphasizing on leadership abilities, managerial techniques, entrepreneurship abilities, ERP wide knowledge etc., which not only makes a career but also prepares an individual for the next generation of competition.

In this venture we are supplemented with a robust and a full-proof network connectivity running on Client/Server Domain architecture on the platform of WINDOWS 2000. Our internal network runs on 100mbps connectivity; each work group having their own security system. The server, however possess a centralized security. We run on external network of 1 MBPS shared and leased connectivity.

Given the greatest order of infrastructural benefits, our inter-employee communication and file/data transfer is faster and more efficient. Apart from being shared to the network, we also share an Intranet system, which facilitates better communication, interaction, and knowledge share increases efficiency in work.
